Koala-Tee Building Maintenance was founded in 1988. Koala-Tee is a family run company whose goal is to fulfill the market needs as an exceptional service provider.

Initially, Koala-Tee started providing janitorial services to valley businesses, which quickly recognized the commitment he dedicated to customer satisfaction. Koala-Tee then became a "One Stop Shop" offering Building Maintenance, Janitorial Supplies, Carpet, Upholstery & Air Duct cleaning, Floor Maintenance, and Tenant Improvement contracts, Window Washing, Construction Clean-up and Landscape Services.
 
Koala-Tee expanded their carpet cleaning division to provide services to the residential community. Services include carpet and upholstery care, air-duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water restoration, fire damage clean-up, mold remediation and flooring replacement. Our technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a one hour response time. There is no job to small or large for our master technicians to handle.

New this year we have introduced our own window washing service for both residential and commercial.  We clean both inside and outside along with the screens/ sunshades.  We also offer two story window cleaning as well.
